Ooh Quiapo! Always an interesting place. Did you see the whole street of DVDs (dibidis)? :)
While you're in Manila, why not check out 168? It's a mall in Divisoria. Relateively new. The goods are way cheap and the stalls are decent. It's near Soler St. I think! If you're interested in bargain shopping, that's a fantastic tiangge mall to go to.
