I just stare at the pic with my mouth wide open....YUM!
was thinking of cutting down all the desserts and CREAM..winter will soon be over, no more hiding behind all those jumpers..:)

this one was lovely--not too sweet, quite moist, and very flavourful. the crust was a chocolate short crust, and i'm not sure what it was filled with--it was more like a cake than a ganache, but it was quite dense without being overbearing. the hazelnut flavour really came through.
