food photography tip no. 2: take multiple shots of the same subject. what you see in your viewfinder or LCD screen may not look the same on your computer at home. one of them is bound to be good.
food photography tip no. 3: the prettiest photo doesn't necessarily tell the best story.
Thanks for the photo tips-for me I have to add-charge the battery and bring the charger, and if you have a tremor, get a tripod (wink)
ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed these as well and here's mine (which won't be news to you) - turn off the flash!!
ReplyDeleteacornbud, i was going to get to that! the charging thingo anyway. i don't have a tripod, so i was going to say if you have a tremor, call the blurry photo 'artistic' :)
ReplyDeletecathy, ha, very good tip!
Are they tongue prints I see on that bottom plate?
ReplyDeleteI find that no mater how many pics I take, the best pic usually ends up being the first orsecond one

some organ was involved, yes.
ReplyDeletedid you type this with your tongue? if i don't get the photo on the first try, it usually takes about half a dozen more times before i do get it, if at all. i think the LCD screen is killing my focus.
Thanks for the photo tips, Santos. My best tip's a rather common one, though: never photograph objects against the light
ReplyDeletesantos, these tips are so relevant! haha
